Weekly Private Coaching Sessions
Each week, you will have a private 60 minute coaching session focused on mindset, body image, diet culture, nutrition, and sustainable shifts in how you relate to food and self.
This is not therapy nor treatment, and it’s not designed for individuals with a diagnosed eating disorder. Coaching is forward-focused and supportive, helping you build awareness and confidence, not process clinical symptoms or trauma.

Guided 12- Week Coaching Journey
This 12 week experience follows a clear path, each session introduces a theme that invites you to reflect, unlearn, and realign with your values. We’ll explore topics like body discomfort, diet, culture, emotional patterns, and identity, but always through a non-clinical, growth-based lens. You’ll leave each session with clarity, insights, and small practices to try in daily life.

Throughout the journey, you’ll receive handpicked tools, reflection prompts, and simple between-session practices to deepen your progress. These support materials are designed to support personal growth, not clinical treatment and can be adapted to your needs and pace. They’re here to help you stay engaged and connected to the work.
