    Healing can happen in a community. These sessions offer connection, support and practical tools to build confidence, set boundaries, and reshape your relationship with food, and self.

    Sessions run for 60 minutes weekly.

  • The Power of Group Healing

    You’re not alone. Group therapy provides a space to share experiences, gain insight, and learn from others who truly understand you journey because they are on similar paths. With 6-10 members, the group is small enough for deep connections and meaningful conversations yet diverse enough to offer new perspectives and support.

  • Guidance & Real World Strategies

    Each session (there are 12) offers expert support and practical tools for every day use, such as managing stress without turning to food.
