Individual Sessions
A supportive space to work through eating struggles, like binge eating, body image challenges, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, and low self-esteem. I will help you break patterns and build a healthier relationship with food, body, and self.
These sessions run for 50 minutes weekly.

Care Coordination & Collaboration
Support in working alongside dietitians and nutritionists, medical providers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to healing.

Meal & Body Image Support Sessions
For those moments when you need extra support, before a meal, after a tough day, or when body image struggles are hard, these brief check-ins provide real time guidance and strategies to help you stay on track.
These sessions run for 20 minutes when needed and requested.
